Glow On! We’re running about 10-14 business days behind in processing orders for Collagen Elixir™, plus shipping time.

Rest assured that we’re doing all we can to reduce these delays and are working nonstop to process orders in the order in which they were received. We promise that these little bottles of amazing are worth the wait!

Shipments are on their way — though sometimes there might be a delay!

With increased online shopping, delivery services expect to see higher-than-normal shipping volumes.

Additionally, the ongoing impacts of COVID-19 and inclement weather can result in longer shipping time frames. Consider placing orders as soon as possible!

To follow strategies and measures recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and public health departments, please note the following:

  • Tours of the Isagenix World Headquarters in Gilbert, Arizona, are unavailable until further notice.
  • Isagenix Order Pickup is closed until further notice. All orders placed for pickup at Isagenix World Headquarters in Gilbert, Arizona, will be shipped to the Customer address on file. Shipping fees for all orders placed beginning March 17 can be found in your Back Office.
